Realtor

Hi! I’m Andy Larson. I am your friendly, hard working, and trusted local CENTURY 21 Scheetz Realtor.

Indiana Real Estate license #RB24000494

I'm a lifelong resident of Columbus, Indiana. I'm also a former BCSC teacher of 26 years, real estate investor, home renovator and, when I'm not talking about houses, leader of a rock-and-roll band.

I've spent a lifetime getting to know Columbus and Bartholomew County—its neighborhoods, homes and people. Whether you're buying your first home, selling one you've owned for decades, looking for land, considering an investment property, or just wondering what your options are, I'd be glad to help.

Let's talk about what you're looking for.

Selling in a Buyer’s Market
Selling in a Buyer’s Market

Right now, In Columbus, we are in a buyer’s market. Inventory is high, days on market are longer, and sale price as a percent of asking price is dipping. There is mounting evidence that prices will cool in the coming months and into next year. And what’s more, we now find ourselves back in rate territory over 7%. The question is, how should sellers adapt and what should they know?

Tile
Tile

Some renovation jobs are more rewarding than others. At the very top of that list is tile. Homeowners shy away from tile, and I’m here to advise you to try a tile job on for size and see if it doesn’t scare you off. It shouldn’t.

A Realtor who actually knows Columbus

I am a lifelong resident of Columbus, Indiana. I’ve covered every inch of this town on my bike, in my running shoes, behind the wheel and occasionally on ice skates. I’m married to my wife of 23 years and together we have three wonderful sons and two dogs.

Knowing Columbus is about more than knowing the housing market. It's knowing the neighborhoods, the streets, the schools, the architecture, and the little things that make different parts of town feel like home.

I use that local knowledge—along with my experience as a homeowner, investor and renovator—to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions about their homes and real estate.

And yes, I still like telling stories along the way.

Let’s talk!

Thinking about buying or selling a home or land in Columbus, Bartholomew County, or the surrounding area? Or know someone who is?

I’d love to help.
